I'm Nayli Russo — governance advisor, facilitator, and founder of Russo Leadership. I spent years in executive roles across healthcare and professional sports — and in every organization I entered I found the same thing.

I created Undeniable Latinas because I believe the most powerful thing a Latina can do is stop apologizing for who she is — and start building from it.
